We understand relationships are a focal part of our business and that’s why we invest considerable time in getting to know all of the people we employ. All of our care staff must undergo a rigorous recruitment process to enable them to meet our high-quality care values.

 

Care 2 Squared carers have background checks, in-depth interviews, an enhanced Non Disclosure and Police check. They also go through an intensive one-week training and assessment course, followed by compulsory distance-learning annually.

Carers have their skills updated yearly, and often undertake update training to enable them to meet the broad needs our clients have. We try to never make use of agency staff which means we have firm control over the quality of our care delivery.

All of our care staff are employed by us directly and we profile their experience, likes and personality in order to gain a clearer understanding when matching them with our clients. Our carers are also led by a care team of qualified professionals who have dedicated their careers to professionally caring for people.
